Company Name: The name of the company is FPB LODGE TRAINING & DOMESTIC PETS GROOMING LLC (Licence no: 763731)

 

Vaccinations: Copy of the valid vaccination card, valid for the period of boarding, signed by a qualified veterinarian. Such copy must be sent together with the signed register. Vaccines should protect against the following diseases: Distemper (CDV), Parvovirus (CPV), Hepatitis (ICH), Parainfluenza (CP/), Leptospirosis, Canine Parainfluenza (Kennel cough) and Rabies.

 

Kennel Cough Vaccinations: All dogs must have a current Kenne Cough (Infectious Tracheobronchitis) vaccination. Your dog must have this at/east 10 days prior to arrival at kennels. This is NOT part of your annual booster vaccination. If you are in any doubt, Kennel Cough vaccines can be identified on per vaccination card / certificate as 'Intrac', 'Bordetella' or 'Nobivac KC' (al which lasts for 06 months).

 

Dubai Municipality Registration: AIl dogs must have, besides the subcutaneous microchip, the register of Municipality. It is a security for per dog in case of getting lost as it contains a// the necessary information of the Tutor. The TAG needs to be kept on the dog's leash at all times. Look for the Dubai Municipality Veterinary Services sections and bring: Your dog, vaccine portfolio and complete address with contact information. Both TAG and chip can be made at veterinary clinics, with varying prices (AED 10 - AED 75).

 

Notification of Medical Conditions: If your dog has a medical condition of any sort, we must be notified at the time of booking. Depending on the problem, age or medications that should be administered, we reserve the right to refuse boarding or any other service to the dog.

 

Flea Treatments: AIl dogs must be covered by a known flea treatment, such as 'Frontline', 'Stronghold' or 'Advantage/Advantix' 02 days before they are boarded. These products have varying lengths of effectiveness. Animals that arrive with fleas it will not be accepted. We do not advise Advantix for small dogs

 

Worming: An effective Wormer, such as 'Drontal' or 'Panacure' must have been administered 10 days before boarding or to be within the validity of 06 months. P/ease check with your Veterinary on how long each product Will protect your Dog.

 

Minimum Age: Puppies will only be accepted after all doses have been given. Complete vaccination.

 

Maximum Age: Ancient dogs will be accepted provided they are totally healthy. Any other condition should be discussed and verified the possibility of boarding.

 

Emergency Contact Numbers: In case of emergency, inform in the register the Veterinary Clinic of your preference, as well as a friend who can contact you.

 

Diets: We do not provide food. Replacing the usual food can cause diarrhoea. You must provide the food or other types of food for the entire time of the lodging.

 

Bedding: Your dog's bed should be the same one he uses daily, for recognizing his smell, and being more relaxed.

 

Pet Taxi Service: We can collect and deliver your Pet from your house if specifically requested at the time of booking. This service is only operated in office hours. An additional charge will be levied (AED 50 collect + AED 50 return). If a wasted journey has been made due we reserve the right to levy the same value.

 

Washing/Grooming: Bath. Every 10 days your dog will be entitled to a bath, or every 15 days, according to your preference. At the end of the lodging of more than 7 minimum days, he will return from bath taken. The crib is not included and should be scheduled, at an additional cost for this service (see price list).

 

Veterinary Emergency: Boarding fees do not include Veterinary emergency for accidental injury; pre-existing sickness; disease contracted before boarding; until 72 hours after starting boarding or after check-out. Damage caused by fights between the dogs will be covered by the owner of that dog that started the fight. For this reason, the play area has cameras in high resolution with recording of the last week.

 

Basis of Charging: We have 24-hour monitoring but commercially we do not operate 24 hours a day. You can check in and check out your dog from Sunday to Thursday from 09:30 to 19:00 and Saturday from 14:00 to 18:00 (All day Friday and Saturday morning we will be closed which this means that you cannot check-in and check-out and should wait for business days and times). The daily rates will be computed as normal. The daily rate thus includes a 24-hour stay.

 

Reservations: For the confirmation of the reservation you will pay 50% of the total amount of the lodging. Deposits will secure your booking and act as a management charge. Deposits will only be refundable if written cancellation (e-mail) is received 30 days prior to the time of your dog's lodging. After this date the deposit will not be refundable, but may be transferred to a future reservation. If the cancellation occurs with 5 days or less before the lodging, you will lose the amount in advance. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking in cash, transfer or check.

Discounts/Special Offers: When multiple discounts/special offers are available, only one discount or special offer can be applied to a booking at any one time.

 

Late Cancellation Charge: We reserve the right to charge for the whole period originally booked in the event of late cancelation (5 days before boarding), non-attendance for arriving, or late adjustment to the original period booked.

 

Aggressive / Destructive Temperaments: We cannot keep anima/s with aggressive or destructive temperaments. In cases where the animals are already in lodging and present aggressive behaviour with other dogs or with the monitors, or destructive with our facilities, we will try' 1) to get around with corrections; 2) Separate them from the other dogs using the area of leisure when the others are trapped (this decreases their time of freedom) and, as a last resort, in case of impending risks, 3) we will contact you to arrange the removal of the dog. AIl damage caused by your dog to others or property damage will be charged to the Pet Owner. Lodging of breeds prohibited by law in the United Arab Emirates will not be permitted. (Municipality prohibited list of dogs include: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Bull Terrier, Old English Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tosa, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Shar Pei, Perro de presa Mallorquin/Bull Dog, Neapolitan, Argentinean Mastiff, Miniature Bull Terrier and Canary dog / Brazilian Mastiff).

Refund Policy: We receive almost all our payments after the services are rendered and therefore a refund is not relevant in this case. For reservations made in advance for boarding please see the section above under reservations. Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

 

Governing Law: The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.

 

Credit Cards: We accept Visa and Mastercard and the accepted payment currency is UAE dirhams (AED). Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

 

Trading Policy: We will not trade or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

 

Policy for Minors: Customers using the website who are minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

 

Confidentiality: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
